• All Orders must be paid immediately after purchase time. If payment is not confirmed with in 30 minutes; we will cancel your order.
•Shipping turn around time is 3-4 business days. If you place your order on the weekend it will be shipped the following business week! Due to high demand; there is a possibility that an order can be shipped out in two separate packages. It all depends on what’s in stock at the time of purchase. If we do not have something in stock we will do our best to substitute it with something else. We are NOT liable for USPS, Fedex or UPS errors. However we will do our best to resolve any issues that may occur.
•PLEASE MAKE SURE CORRECT ADDRESS IS TYPED INTO ONLINE ORDER FORM. IF THE ADDRESS IS INCORRECT NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN NOR WILL WE RESEND PACKAGE.
•Due to high volume we will no longer be taking orders less then $150. If you place an order less then the minimum amount; Your order will NOT GO THRU. Our system is designed to kick all short orders to a back long & you will need to contact us for further instructions.
•Expedited shipping (Overnight) is available at additional charge. Price Ranges from $30-50 depending on the carrier that is available. Contact us via email or phone if you choose to use this method. On some occasions such as weekends and Holidays Delivery date may not be accurate. We have no control over ETA. We suggest all over night orders are placed Monday thru Friday.
•US residents Only: We ship thru UPS, FEDEX, PO & DHL. We will choose the best courier depending on the state we are shipping too.
•US residents Only UPS/FedEx: 4-7 days.
•If there is a issue with shipping or delivery we will follow up with the carrier & file a insurance claim. We do our best to rectify the issue however sometimes it’s out of our control. We take zero responsibility for usps/FedEx/ups errors. ANY DELAYS IN SHIPMENT IS FOLLOWED BY AN INVESTIGATION. We follow a strict protocol. It can take up to 45 days for any issues to be resolved.
•Canada Residents Only: Due to international import fees there is an additional charge for all Canadian residents. Unfortunately at this time “Free Shipping” is only offered to US residents only.
